Join us on the coast of Maine for a cozy winter weekend designed to help you slow down, warm up, and reconnect during the quietest season of the year.
Nestled in a Nordic-inspired oceanside retreat space in Arrowsic, The Slow Season is an invitation to soften into winter through movement, rest, community, nourishing meals, arts and crafts, and time outdoors. Together, we’ll embrace Maine’s slower rhythm with daily yoga, arts, and dance cardio classes, chef-prepared shared meals, fireside hangs, and restorative moments in the outdoor sauna and wood-fired hot tub overlooking the winter ocean-scape.
This retreat is designed for anyone craving warmth, connection, creativity, and nervous system reset during the colder months. Expect cozy shared accommodations, community, ocean air, slow mornings, candlelit evenings, and plenty of space to simply be.
Whether you come solo or with friends, The Slow Season offers a chance to reconnect with your body, your community, and nature — and leave feeling grounded, restored, and deeply warmed from the inside out.

Spaces are intentionally limited to only 8 participants to keep the experience intimate and restorative.
The cost for this weekend is a tiered sliding scale $600, $750 or $900. Please use the sliding scale tool here to determine which tier is right for you.
You can also pay a $150 deposit to hold your spot, total payment due by December 8, 2026.
The Cozy Bunk Room
Each of the eight beds is thoughtfully designed to feel like its own little nest, with added privacy, an individual reading light, and built-in phone/USB charging. From the lighting and materials to the bedding and mattress thickness, every detail is being considered with comfort in mind—including for side sleepers. Think shared room, private little nook, boutique-hotel energy.
Policies and Payment Plans
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, no exceptions.
You can protect your investment by purchasing trip insurance through a 3rd party provider. If we don’t get the minimum number of retreat travelers by November 1st, 2026 we will cancel the trip and fully refund you.
Non-payment plan balances are due no later than December 1st, 2026
