Coworking in brunswick, maine
This isn’t just a place to work.
It’s a place to land.
A calm, thoughtfully held space to work alongside other humans—quietly, creatively, and without the pressure to be productive every minute.
Some people come to focus.
Some come to connect.
Most come for both.
"I began coworking recently. The process to sign up was easy to do, and I started within a week... I've already taken a yoga class, and my first day coworking was quiet but not lonely, which is exactly what you want in a coworking space. Can't recommend this place enough".

A note on accessibility: Our space is located on the second floor and is currently accessible only by a flight of stairs. We recognize that this creates a significant barrier, and we’re committed to being transparent about that limitation. We take accessibility seriously and are holding a vision for a future space that is accessible to everyone. We’re also open to exploring other rental properties in Brunswick that could better meet our community’s accessibility needs. If you have ideas, questions, or concerns about accessibility, please reach out. We’d love to hear from you.

Can I sign up to become a Coworking Member online? Nope—but don’t worry, it’s easy! We don’t regularly do drop-in style coworking, but we do offer affordable monthly memberships for folks who want to plug into our creative little hive. Just fill out the interest form below.
-
Do Coworking Members get private space for calls and meetings? We’re more of a cozy creative collective than a buttoned-up office park. That means:
-
No official phone booths or meeting rooms
-
BUT! If the classroom happens to be empty you're welcome to use it, and the wifi works downstairs at the outdoor picnic table!
-
Need a guaranteed private space? Check out Curtis Memorial Library!

Each membership tier offers the same access to coworking. Choosing a higher tier helps make it possible for others to be here too. You’re always welcome to shift your contribution as your circumstances change—no explanation needed.
Membership Tiers
This space is supported collectively by the people who use it. We use a sliding, self-selected contribution model instead of fixed pricing. The intention is to keep the space accessible, while also sustaining it over time. We ask each member to choose the level that feels honest and sustainable for them.

seed
🌱$75 Seed: This rate is for people with marginalized identities—including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and disabled folks—who are under-employed, on limited income, or facing circumstances that make regular work difficult. Please use this discount only if you truly need it.

grow
✨$100 Grow: Opt for this tier if you are steadily employed, can comfortably manage occasional luxuries (like a short vacation), and have access to financial support in emergencies.

sustain
🎉$150 Sustain: Purchase this tier if you are securely employed, have comfortable savings and discretionary income. If your employer is paying for your coworking membership, maybe they're cool with this cost because it's still below market rate.
Still unsure which tier is for you? Try using this tool to help you parse through it.
