🪩 What is Dance Cardio?
At Electric Cottage Collective we teach a class called Body Language - it's our version of a dance cardio class. Dance cardio is a fun, inclusive, high-energy workout for all levels—perfect for anyone who loves to move, whether you’re a confident dancer or just looking to let loose. Our philosophy is simple: there’s no wrong way to dance. It’s all about finding joy in movement, building strength, and boosting confidence.

Loved this training! Having very little dance cardio experience coming in, it was so easy to immediately feel like I knew what was going on!
