A few months ago we submitted an application for the Gusto Impact Award for our teeny tiny business. While we didn’t win the big award, we made it to the top 30 out of 10,000 applicants 🤯 We didn’t do it for recognition - we did it to allow us to serve more people seeking meaningful in-person community in an increasingly isolated world.
We are cultivating a regenerative, human-centered alternative to hustle culture — one that honors local artists, supports mental and emotional wellbeing, and proves that small businesses can be built on care, equity, and connection. We are building a new model of work and wellness — one rooted not in extraction or burnout, but in connection, creativity, and collective care.
🎺 Our impact is already measurable from year one: 691 students served, 646 arts and wellness classes hosted, $3,000 raised for scholarships, and ongoing partnerships with local mutual aid networks and community based nonprofits.
Now that we’re officially in year two, we’re really excited to see what else we can do together. Thank you @gustohq for the finalist award 🥇
