BODY LANGUAGE

Come shake it off, sweat it out, and let your body do the talking at the most fun group fitness class you've ever been to! Body Language is a high-energy, all-levels dance-cardio class that’s all about moving your body your way—no dance experience needed, just good vibes and a willingness to let loose.

There’s no wrong way to dance here—just a whole lot of booty-shaking, joy-making, and freak-flag-flying.  This is Brunswick’s most fun, feel-good cardio party... and you’re invited.

*There might be some naughty language, so be prepared.

*You'll be most comfortable in sneakers (only indoor shoes please!), but you can also go barefoot

BARRE & BEATS

Barre & Beats is your new favorite low-impact, high-vibe movement party! Think: Pilates meets yoga —using bodyweight resistance, light weights, a chair for balance, a yoga mat, and sometimes resistance bands to mix things up.

We always integrate stretching so you leave feeling strong and supple.

This group movement class is all about building strength and flexibility—not just in our bodies, but in our collective resilience. Expect an energizing playlist full of bops across genres: pop, hip hop, R&B, funk, electronic, and whatever else gets us moving and grooving together.

All levels welcome! We offer plenty of variations so you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you're a total beginner or a barre pro, there's room for you in this beat-driven movement jam.

*There may be some naughty language in the music

*You won't need shoes for this one

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga is a slow, mindful, and meditative practice that embraces the yin side of the yin/yang spectrum—softening, allowing, and simply being. Throughout class, poses are held for anywhere between three and eight minutes using passive, floor-based shapes that target the body’s deeper connective tissues—tendons, ligaments, and fascia—while also stimulating the energetic meridians described in Chinese Medicine.

*We have all the props you'll need at the studio, but feel free to bring your own!

restorative yoga

Restorative Yoga is meant to relax, relieve, and rejuvenate the body. Restorative postures are a little different than other styles of yoga, in that we're not searching for a sensation in the body, but rather releasing the use of muscles altogether to experience the sensation of being fully supported. This practice utilizes lots of props to support the body allowing the muscles to soften while calming our nervous system. A restorative practice encourages a new sense of bodily awareness and introspection.
