solidarity scholarships

scholarships Guide
The Scholarship Fund
We pay for this solidarity scholarship fund via our sliding scale yoga classes - all payment from those classes (after paying our teachers), gets put into a scholarship fund.
Creativity, movement, and healing should never be out of reach. We offer tiered pricing to bridge the gap between financial barriers and wellness, and not because we don’t need the income—we do—but because solidarity matters. If your challenge is short-term cash flow (you will eventually have access to the funds, just not all at once), please reach out to set up a payment plan rather than using a discounted rate.
Please do not choose discounted rates simply because you prefer to pay less or feel anxious about future scarcity. If you have friends, family, or other networks who can support you financially, we encourage you to utilize that support. Make your decision based on facts, not feelings. There is no need to explain or justify your situation—if you need it, please ask. While the fund fluctuates day-to-day, we will always do our best to make it work.
Pricing Guide
Not sure which tier fits you? Use this guide to help determine your level of investment:
Full Scholarship: For those with marginalized identities (including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and disabled folks) who are under-employed, on a limited income, or facing circumstances that make regular work difficult you can ask to be100% Covered. Reach out if you truly need this support.
"Pay What I Can": For those who are employed, can comfortably manage occasional luxuries (like a short vacation), and have access to emergency funds ask for a 15% – 30% discount if you need. A flexible option to keep classes accessible.
Full Investment: For those who are securely employed with comfortable savings and discretionary income please pay the full rate. This keeps our business thriving and directly funds scholarships for others.
