Frequently Asked Questions
Coworking
💡 FAQ — aka Things You're Probably Wondering
👉 Can I sign up to become a Coworking Member online? Nope—but don’t worry, it’s easy! Just shoot us an email to schedule a tour. We want to make sure the space is the right fit for you (and vice versa). We don’t do drop-in style coworking, but we do offer affordable monthly memberships for folks who want to plug into our creative little hive.
🎉 Can I rent the space for an event? Yes!
We book private parties, which you can read about here.
🚗 Is there parking? We found a unicorn, y’all. Yes—actual parking in downtown Brunswick! We share our lot, though, so here’s the deal:
-
Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm → please park on the righthand side only.
-
The lefthand side is reserved for our lovely downstairs neighbors.
-
If the lot is full, no sweat—there’s free street parking all around. There's also a fence on the righthand side of the building where you can lock a bicycle up 🚲
🍸 Is there food and stuff to do nearby? Oh HECK yes. We're just steps away from downtown Brunswick, which means:
-
Cute bars (we heart The Abbey & Vessel & Vine)
-
A movie theater 🎬
-
Green spaces & shops 🌿
-
Tons of tasty restaurants (Ritual Bakehouse = chef’s kiss) You won’t need to hunt for coffee—we’ve got it here—but if you want to stroll, you’ve got options.
📞 Do Coworking Members get private space for calls and meetings? We’re more of a cozy creative collective than a buttoned-up office park. That means:
-
No official phone booths or meeting rooms
-
BUT! If one of our private studios happens to be empty (and not rented as an art studio or office), you're welcome to use it.
-
Need a guaranteed private space? Check out Curtis Memorial Library or the Brunswick Business Center—both are right down the road, and we fully support sharing the love with our community.
🎓 Classes – Can I really use scholarship funds?
Absolutely YES.
Our scholarship fund exists because we believe that creativity, movement, and healing should never be out of reach. No need to explain or justify—if you want to use it, just ask. The fund fluctuates day-to-day, but we’ll always try to make it work.
👕 What should I wear to class? Check each class description for specifics, but here’s the general vibe:
-
Art classes: wear something you don’t mind getting a little paint/glue/ink/glitter on.
-
Yoga, dance, fitness: comfy clothes FTW. No need to get fancy. One more thing—no outdoor shoes in the studio, please. Our barefoot friends thank you (those tiny rocks hurt).
💃 Can I book a private class?
1000% YES.
We love hosting private classes and parties! Everything on our class menu is available for just you or your crew.
